Online Payment System 

PLEASE NOTE:  You can set up your portal account any time you like, but you will not be able to add your utility account in the portal or view your account details until you receive your printed, mailed bill in November, as you need your new account and customer number from that bill in order to attach the account. We recommend waiting to receive your November bill before setting up your portal account.
              


Changes to Utility Billing

This October we will introduce an improved utility bill payment system, Tyler TechnologiesThis new portal will simplify the payment process, offering a user-friendly, secure, and reliable platform aligned with today's digital expectations.

Key new features include:

  • Easily submit requests for stopping water and sewer service online.
  • View your utility usage history for the previous 2 years.
  • Reminder emails so you never miss a bill (while saving paper).


How Does This Affect You?

  • Create payment portal account: The new payment system will require all online portal customers to create an account (even if you previously had an account in the old system).
  • New account number: You will have a new account number.
  • Autopay set up: Those currently signed up with a debit/credit card will need to re-sign up for this service.
  • Bill format: The look and layout of your utility bill will be updated, but all the important information will remain.
