Tigard is partnering with Tyler Technologies to improve city services.
As part of Tigard’s City Council Goal to modernize and improve city services, we’re implementing a new integrated software system, Tyler Technologies, designed specifically for government service tools such as utility bills, permit center services, service requests, and more.
Key to making Tigard a great place to live is making sure we’re using the best possible tools to do so. Switching over to Tyler Technologies will streamline processes, provide new features, and help improve communication to our customers.

Tigard Service Request - Launching January 28, 2025
- Submit requests for service all in one place! Requests can be for items such as fixing potholes, maintenance, graffiti removal, water issues, tree issues, etc.
