The City of Tigard is pleased to present the Fiscal Year 2025 budget which covers July 2024 – June 2025. The city budget is aimed at responsibly investing in the evolving needs of our vibrant and growing community. Guided by community input, the City Council’s goals, our Community Promise (5 Es), and a steadfast commitment to fiscal responsibility, the FY 2025 Budget stands at $412.7 million, with General Fund expenditures amounting to $48.2 million. The accompanying six-year Capital Improvement Plan totals $280.2 million, with $55.8 million allocated for FY 2025.
