Get help navigating Tigard’s new utility bill system.

The City of Tigard is introducing a new utility bill system on October 28. Customers will need to create a new account, re-establish autopay, and can access new service features.

 Tigard Public Library – Technology Room (Second Floor)

• Wednesday, November 6, 2024 12PM-1PM
• Thursday, November 14, 2024 4PM-5PM

Customers are welcome and encouraged to attend drop-in support sessions to get help navigating the new system or answer questions about their utility bill.

• Laptops and city team members will be available to provide assistance.
