Tigard Municipal Court does not accept payments over the telephone.

Pay in Person

We are located at 13125 SW Hall Boulevard inside City Hall. We are open Monday – Thursday from 8 AM – 6 PM.

• There is a payment dropbox located outside the front door. Please do not leave cash.
• Checks* or money orders are accepted by mail, payable to: City of Tigard. Please include your phone number and email address with your correspondence.
• There is no fee to pay with a credit card in person.

*If a financial obligation was paid with a returned (NSF) check, the court will not accept another check to resolve the payment. We will accept cash, card, or money order.

Pay Online (the vendor will add a processing fee)

CitePay USA is the online payment service vendor for the Tigard Municipal Court. They accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards.

Things you need to know:

• If a finding has not been entered in your case, you will be required to plead no contest to pay your ticket online. This will result in a guilty finding and a conviction will be sent to DMV. 
• Upon payment, your case will be closed. If you want to submit a letter or documentation in the hopes of a reduced fine or dismissal, please contact the court at 503-718-2478 prior to making payment.
• If your citation has been sent to a collection agency, you cannot make a payment through CitePay USA. You will need to contact the collection agency.
• CitePay USA charges a variable transaction fee. The transaction fee will be displayed prior to you making your payment. Please note, the transaction fee is not paid to the court and therefore does not lower the financial obligation owed on the citation.
