Pick up your Holds to Go at Tigard Public Library with our new Holds Lockers!
How It Works
Step 1: Select Your Item and Choose Pickup Location
Log in to My Account from the WCCLS website with your WCCLS library card number and PIN. Find the item(s) you want to borrow and select "Tigard Lockers" as your pickup location. You can also call us 503-684-6537 and ask a staff member to place items on hold for you.
Step 2: Wait for Notification
As soon as your items become available to pick up, you will receive an email, text, or phone call from Library. Please wait for this notification before you come to the Library to pick up your items.
Step 3: Come to the Library to Collect Your Items
Come to the Library at your earliest convenience and pick up your items from our Holds Lockers, located to the left in the Library lobby. Patrons have 7 days after receiving notification to pick up items.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you have item(s) that will not fit inside our lockers, a Library teammate will call you and arrange another pickup option. In addition, some items may not be eligible for pickup in our holds locker including inter-library loan materials and items from our Library of Things.
