Mental Health Matters

This project was first developed in the summer of 2022 by Teen Intern Simran Sahita for teens who are looking for some support, advice, or even a safe place to comment about their mental health journey. If that’s you then you’re in exactly the right place! We’re here to support you! Your mental health should be a priority to you, just like you’re a priority to us! Go ahead and check out our resources, anonymous comment box, and kind words below. Another goal of this project is to promote better coping mechanisms, so come on into the Tigard Public Library and use our in-house fidget and stress toys while you unwind in the Teen Scene.

We’d be glad to have you. <3

With Love,

The Teen Scene at Tigard Public Library
