Easy Upgrades & Cash-Back
- The Tigard Heat Pump Cash-In Program incentivizes Tigard homeowners to install new energy efficient heat pumps with financial assistance of up to $11,000 per home.
- Energy-efficient light bulbs are an easy and affordable way to reduce electricity costs. Today's LED bulbs are up to 85% more efficient and last 15-25 times longer than traditional bulbs.
- A ceiling fan to circulate warm air down, especially in spaces with high ceilings.
- Use thermal curtains and close them at night to keep the heat in.
- If you have a hot tub, install an energy-efficient insulated cover to reduce your energy bill and protect your hot tub.
