What is the Tigard Impact Fund?
We believe in the power of reinvestment. When you borrow from the Tigard Impact Fund, your business loan repayments are reinvested into the fund, creating a cycle of support for the Tigard business community. As you thrive, more businesses benefit, creating a ripple effect of growth and prosperity.
We recognize the challenges underbanked business owners face when securing traditional business loans. The City of Tigard has committed $400,000 to ensure local businesses have access to the financial resources you need to expand confidently. To facilitate lending decisions, the City has partnered with Business Impact NW, a respected nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) experienced in supporting businesses like yours.
