The Teen Scene is designed by and for you. Stop by and stay to meet friends, play games, log on to a library computer, and get research help or reading recommendations. We welcome you to use this space with your community!

Teen Winter Reading

Teens in grades 6-12

  • Date: February 01, 2022  (all day)
  • Introduction: Pick up during library open hours
When the sun sets early, the temperature drops, and it rains and rains and rains, what do we do? We read! Teens, drop by the library to pick out a free book and begin your #WinterReading celebration. With every book you complete, submit your page count to enter a drawing for a $20 Powells gift card, and to join a virtual team of other winter readers. Compete with other teams for the highest page count and the chance to help create a library display.
