Location: Tigard Public Library (13500 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard)
Event Description: Flag raising ceremony with the City of Tigard Police Department Color Guard and a local Cub Scout pack to honor veterans. Donuts, coffee and cocoa provided. All are welcome to attend.
