The Tigard Neighborhood Traffic Calming program aims to improve the safety and livability in residential neighborhoods in the City of Tigard. Traffic calming improvements slow down car traffic to improve safety for all road users. This program will be guided by community input and by Tigard’s commitment to eliminate traffic deaths and serious injuries using a safe systems approach to prioritize transportation safety.
Join us at one of the following events to learn about effective traffic calming measures, share concerns and ideas, collaborate with community members and experts, and help create a safer and more livable community.
