Tigard Police Department

Traffic Complaint Form

patch The Tigard Police Department Traffic Unit is dedicated to maintaining safe streets within the City of Tigard through pro-active, fair, and consistent enforcement of the Oregon Revised Statutes and City Traffic Ordinances. One of our primary goals is to reduce the number of accidents within the city caused by drivers running red lights, stop signs and speeding through your neighborhoods.
There are three officers assigned to Tigard's Traffic Enforcement Unit. You may not see these officers in your neighborhoods, as they patrol neighborhoods periodically. These limited patrols do not provide us with enough information about all traffic problems. To help us better serve your neighborhood, please complete the following form to notify police about traffic-related issues.

PLEASE be aware that Tigard Police Department can only respond to traffic issues within the city limits of Tigard.
