Canine Costume Contest
Join Parks & Rec for a Canine Costume Contest at Potso Dog Park on October 31, 2020, event starts at 11 a.m. A celebrity panel of judges will be on hand to award prizes for best costume. All canine participants will be eligible for great raffle prizes.

Extra precautions will be in place to ensure the safety of the community: event is limited to first 50 attendees; social distancing will be enforced and masks will be required.

Potso Dog Park

Potso Dog Park is open daily from dawn to dusk EXCEPT on Tuesdays and Thursdays when the park is closed until 12:30 p.m. for maintenance.

This is Tigard’s largest dog park at 1.5-acres.

Summerlake Dog Park

(in northwest Tigard, south of Scholls Ferry Road and east of 135th Avenue)

  • Drinking water faucet for dogs
  • Information kiosk
  • Donation box
  • Shelter for shade and protection from the rain
Dog park etiquette and rules are posted at the entrance. Please review before using the off-leash area. Your cooperation is vital to keep Summerlake Dog Park a safe, off-leash area where dogs and their owners can play and socialize.
