Summer 2010 Paving Schedule
Garrett Street is being paved today (9/2/10). Residents can still get in and out, with some delay. Through-traffic is advised to
use alternate routes.
Slurry Seals are scheduled for
Thursday, 9/2 through Thursday, 9/16 in the Picks Landing area south of Durham Rd and in
Northwestern Tigard (west of 130th and North of Bull Mountain). Each street
will be closed for one day for this work.

Pacific Hwy/99W Construction Intersection Improvements
Construction is underway on Pacific Highway at Hall Boulevard,
Greenburg Road and Main Street. Tigard is working with Washington
County, the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), and
consultant W&H Pacific to improve traffic flow and safety.

On Tuesday, August 31 at around 8:30 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance and shots fired call at the
Arbor Heights Apartments in Tigard.

Tigard's City Arborist recently verified that a giant sequoia in the Durham Road right-of-way adjacent to the Durham School Park Subdivision (7974 Carol Ann Court) is dying. The decline of the tree has been obvious for several years and the frequency of inquiries has increased this year.

A caller does not have to listen to the full greeting—you may speak or dial
at any time during the greeting.
To assist, the City has published phone directories by staff name, work area and subject.

Every 3rd Sunday of the month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., staff members from various city departments will
